Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We take great care to make sure your order is packed appropriately and sent immediately. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so by all means contact us directly if you are up against a deadline.

We offer flat-rate domestic shipping through the FedEx and the United
States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on
the number of products ordered and total value of your order. We ship to locations within the
continental United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or internationally.

ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your online purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept your return and process a refund or exchange. Products for return or exchange should be sent to the address below. Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Simply Perfect. We will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item back to you. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.

IN-STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

In-store credit will be given for all purchases made in-store. All returns must be completed in 7 days accompanied by the receipt. Simply Perfect cannot be responsible for damages once the items leave our store.
