Cherishing the Seasons
Living with four truly different seasons demands resilience. We adapt to the heat of summer and the harsh, cold winter—and we’re strengthened by the extremes.
During winter we appreciate the gradual lengthening of the days. Our anticipation of spring is deep, and when it finally arrives it’s that much sweeter because of the long wait.
As we witness the changing seasons, we marvel at the power and beauty of nature. Like our lives, nature isn’t always rosy and happy. And so many of the lessons we learn, and relearn, are about accepting and embracing transitions.
While I relish our warm months, winter forms our character and brings out our best.
